Pain
Chest
pain can be a sign of cardiac distress, due to the heart not getting enough
oxygen because of blockage in the arteries. Symptoms include anxiety,
feeling of doom, shortness of breath, chest pain that is sharp or crushing, pain
in the arms, chest, neck or jaw, sweatiness, nausea or vomiting, and general
fatigue. If you have these symptoms, call 911 immediately so that
qualified help can start quickly. Immediate treatment can lessen heart
muscle damage and increase survivability and decrease long term disability from
a heart attack. Time is heart muscle, so....
